A story from last week.
I sat down by the war memorial....and stared out.
There was nothing calming to look upon.
I was facing pedestrians and a line of traffic. The pedestrians, were walking while staring at their phones while looking. Their expressions looked like they were solving problems. The drivers looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.
I wanted to be somewhere else.
I don’t know exactly how it shifted. I think I just gave the stress to nature to solve. Instead of using my mind, I let my belly and heart dis-solve it.
I remembered you can just stop doing negative thoughts..
And they released.
I do like to be in that solving place.
I’m sure I will be attached to a feeling again soon.
But not for now.. I went home and watched Goldfinger.
