The Thanks Capacitor - How to power a time machine
Remember Back to the Future? At first, the DeLorean… it needed plutonium!
Doc Brown had to get plutonium from terrorists.
It was hard to get that time machine running.
But by the second movie, Doc Brown had rigged it to run on garbage…
Banana peels. Beer dregs. Every day waste.
It runs on all your shit.
What if you could change the past and the present with all life’s shit?
Let’s call this time machine the Thanks Capacitor.
At first, it’s really difficult to run, it’s like finding plutonium!
But when you get good with it you can fuel it with all your life shit..
The messy, the difficult, the breakups, the failures, the regrets..
..those are your banana peels. That’s your fuel.
It takes all that shit… and kicks out basically pure abundance and goodness:
👍 Thankfulness
👍 Appreciation
👍 Acknowledgment
👍 Admiration
👍 Praise
👍 Honor
👍 Valuing someone or something
And those things can take you anywhere.
With those energies, you can step out of your stuckness, your stories, your worries.
You can change your present.
Gratitude can change your reality - ‘I am not stuck!’
Presence makes the coffee taste richer.
This freedom makes the laugh linger longer.
And you can change the past.
Remember: if you visit the past with different eyes, you see a different past.
It’s not possible to be happy in the present if you are bitter and angry about the past.
Memories that once felt heavy — regrets, wounds, difficulties — could become treasures that made you strong and wise. If… let them change!
And now you’ve already started to manifest a new future.
I’m sure your’ve seen people who are bitter about the past that can’t seem to grow.
But grateful people see what’s ahead with more joy, more curiosity.
You start to expect life to unfold in a more flowing way.
You’ve started to rewrite your entire timeline.
So you are now drawn to positive situations and outcomes.
So ride gratitude — rewriting the past, letting it deepen the now, and letting the DeLorean carry you forward to a brighter future.
Watch me talk about this on a YouTube video..
Big thanks to my friend (and YouTube co-creator) Rohit for contributing to this concept!
